The Noctuas just come with the sleeved fan only, not the vibration dampeners or any of the other stuff in the retail box. The Yate Loons are unsleeved and the Corsairs have the single black unsleeved cable. I also don't know the specs of the Corsair fans, they just came with my 300R and I don't need them. I'll work on price with you if you buy more than one fan. Thanks.
