haha. Thanks. My wife really is not into computers. This build was the most i have ever gotten her involved in anything pc wise. Hope i win the h100 to add to this log with. I have been meaning to finish it up but my mobo blew so i had to use the one in this mod. Then my psu blew so while waiting on RMA the pink sleeved one blew aswell. I think i put both fans blowing out and it overheated!

Great work dude - painting looks astounding, even with a sub-par camera. Kinda gives me the motivation to paint some of my bits.
How long does sleeving take? Because my PSU cables are god damned ugly, and I'd love to get some white sleeving on there. Also, how much spraypaint did you need to re-do the entire case?

Thanks. I urge you to bust out the shaker cans and paint away!! The sleeving i did in sections (little one night more the next) as well as cutting off some of the cords I did not use. All together I would say I have about 4 hours in sleeving. It seems like it is hard at first but once you get in a groove its not all that bad. The white on the case was about 4 cans of dollar generals finest paint so with a decent brand maybe 2 cans max. The pink was all done with 1 can of plasticoat.

I find it odd that this log was posted long ago but now I am getting subs lol. I should have the parts to get this finished tomorrow. Since i have some new subs it gives me the motivation to get back on this ASAP!

I have a cruddy old Genius case that I wanna practice spraying. I'll probably buy the paint in a week or so, will post the pics here smile.gif

Also, how did you spray that card? I have an EVGA GTX 460 and it has a full plastic front plate that covers the entire card, since my new build is white/blue themed I wanna spray it full white.
