after certain mishaps that i do not want to discuss. i needed a new motherboard. in which i took the opportunity to make the best, with the best (at one time). with the best of what i got.
i had already purchased a mid tower and did not want to purchase larger tower. i also obtained the H100 which can not fit a mid tower..
however because i'm an idiot who likes to makes things hard..
i merely made more space with some wood, some sanding, some angle grinding, some dremeling, some soft firm foam, and made a workable rig.
-h100 watercooling unit with an astonishing radiator that i thought was only meant for high powered motorcycles.
-corsair(4) 2500 rpm fans.
-corsair/thermaltake/coolermaster (3) 1600 rpm fans.
-sapphire 5870.
-corsair 850 watt power box.
-vengeance 12gig ddr3 1600+ ram (triple channel)
-ocz super hardrive 120GB running 6Gb sata connection.
-asus motherboard pgx58 e pro. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1366/P6X58E_PRO/ (has super awesome features)
-i7 950 oced 3.8 for happy stability (will do more, but not yet. no need).
* 4 corsair 2500 rpm fans, with 3 additional intake fans was all needed to create a nice push/pull system creating nice negative pressure in the comp.
