Still not interested until they invest into nicer hardware, but I do like the look of the white finish ^^

It indeed looks good, even suitable for professional environments.

Still not convinced by the sensor/lens combo, and would wish the switches were not as stiff (a tiny bit softer would be ideal), which makes those mice a very personal, subjective choice.

We might have to wait for their next version of the EC/AM or a new series to get new hardware (that might suit some of us better), so see you Zowie in a couple of years tongue.gif

"we can tell you that the coating process takes 48 hours for each mouse – and it makes it pretty damn awesome."
OMG now i must have this. 48h? Must be the best coating ever.
Joking aside, if it's not rubberized or glossy paint, then it must be a regular paint like gray IME 3.0.

I so want a non glossy non rubberized mouse, more the likes of IEM 3.
Now its either full rubber (which on most recent mice SUCKS (DA BE, ec EVO, Raw etc etc) or super glossy which also sucks biggrin.gif

The coating on G400 for example is nice, I want a mice with that coating, no rubber or glossy! biggrin.gif

Buuuuut its still huano ;/

way to not listen to people there zowie, guess it was too much to hope for fixed buttons (non huano) and glossy top, but grippy sides like IME 3.0, i might even ignore that its too short in that case redface.gif

So it is still Huano switches? frown.gif

And AM-GS stands for what exactly? Full-Gay? Or Full-Grip? Or rather flimsy Grip?

Full Gloss? Just like GS was Gloss Sides. I just wish Zowie released a bigger AM (maybe at least 64-68mm wide) and nice omron switches.

And consistent build quality. But you can forget it. Eventhough I enjoy the AM and think it is a solid mouse, it was my first and last venture to Zowie.

What you Guys mean with nicer Hardware or unconsistant Quality?

The only weak Point I could see in the EC1 evo black, was the black rubber coating, what was to slippery for dry Hands. Expect from that this new white Zowie will be pretty damn awesome.

Firstly what you got against those Huanos? Seriously I don't get it. They are really nice to control with the evo and aren''t for sure to hard to press.

Then this Mouse will have a excellent optical Sensor without Accel and Prediction.

And it will have a great build Quality and Haptic. Don't know if you get what I mean. But the evo white will be a Dream especially for a Counter Strike Player, where a flawless Sensor and good Controlmechanics like the Huanos and the long Pressureway of the Buttons is needed to tap for example.
