I went to upload photos to my OCN gallery, and was met with a new error page that included a loading wheel, but never loaded. - Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?

while logged in, from http://www.overclock.net/gallery/, click on upload photos button on right menu bar. - What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
to be met with the photo upload page, allowing me to upload pictures. - Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:
This is the first time I've seen this, I was able to load other photos earlier this week successfully. - Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:
Vista Home premium 32bit, pale moon 4.0.1, adblock plus but disabled on OCN. - URL where the issue occurs:
