It's so cheap because they're Russian keys but I can't comment on whether those sites are legit or not, but I've bought from CDkeyshere.com and they were legit and fast.

play-sc is legit.

I got my BF3 key fromt heir, e-mailed about a minute or two after payment with the key.

It's a Russian key but it's just a simple fix, it's on the site too.
