Acetone will make short work of it (saturate some paper towels with it and let it sit on the adhesive for a min or two).

Here's one for you guys. See that acrylic OCN flame attached to the front door on my case? The attached side is perfectly coated in 3M double sided tape and the **** is FLUSH against the alu. I applied much pressure putting this thing on. Now I want to take it off lol. It seems that NO amount of heat gun action will take it off. And its hard to get a solvent under it (tried acetone, didnt work), my fingernail can barely scoop underneath it.

Hmm..I should try this eucalyptus oil..

Nope. Doesn't seem to work. I think its too volatile and evaps too quickly or something..

Yup bought coupe large bottles of goo gone, then use my buffer on lowest rpm and tackled 1x1 foot area at a time with a spray bottle...8hrs later i was done wheee.gif

Hmm..I should try this eucalyptus oil..

I would use a heat gun on lowest setting going in a circular motion about 6-8" away for about 2-4 minutes then rather trying to put something in to wedge it off, try to twist it off. Afterwards clean with goo gone and 90%+ Isopropyl alcohol.
