Best LED Monitor under $200

Thread Starter
Like the title. What is the best LED Monitor under $200 (Prefer no more then $150 tho)? Going to use it for Movies (1080p), Gaming, Music, and Streaming videos.

Prefer it to be low as possible but have high quality.

Must have HDMI.

Thanks!

Asus 24" LED monitor $205 at newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236153

It's my wish list, but I more then likely buy it locally since I don't trust ups/fedex with monitors/tvs any more.

That one i imagine is great. I have the Asus vs238h-p. Essentially the same thing as that one just 23 inches and not 24. It can be had for $165 on amazon.

Bump! Open to more suggestions! If not probably get the Asus VS23 or VS24 either LED or the IPS.

Also should I get IPS or no? Do mainly Gaming and Movies/Netflix HD

Prefer something with slim bezel since I'm planning to get 2 more so I can have 3 Monitors.

2~5ms makes no difference, get an IPS monitor and you will actually see a difference.

IPS all the way! Better viewing angles and color representation.

What's your definition of "better"? Is a 2ms TN less likely to have ghosting in very fast action FPS games? Of course. Is a 5ms IPS likely to be perfectly acceptable in those same games? For most people, yes. Will the IPS have better color and viewing angles than a TN? Yes. To me the slightly slower response time of an IPS is worth it given the better image quality. Most people feel the same unless they are very competitive FPS gamers.
