Nice sound's like you've played the hell outta this game thumb.gif I heard NZ internet was kinda dodgy so no worries if you can't connect over here with a decent ping

I used to play it on the PlayStation, in fact was my first ever console shooter that I owned. Before moving onto the PC, and it being one of my first ever PC shooters that I owned (Early 2011). Brilliant game.

I'd have to agree, it is a brilliant game thumbsupsmiley.png

Yeah I have laugher.gif
And you've heard correct - it'd probably be upwards of 200, or at least above 150. Maybe when fibre optic cabling finally gets here? yessir.gif

Anyway, I'm disappointed at how little traffic this thread has. I'm surprised more people don't still play COD4 - instead of complaining about how the other ones aren't as good, PLAY MORE COD4.

I also loved MW2, mainly because the sniping on it was so perfect, but overall that game was a blast too.

Yea, everyone need's fiber optic tongue.gif It would make gaming so much better, less people lagging about making you have like no hit reg on them. It might gain more traffic now then it's more active cheers.gif

And I'd agree, I loved the sniping on there too. I was ranked in the #12 SoH clan on PS3 at one point

Plus then servers wouldn't be restricted nationally - I'd love to play with some talent from the US, most of the people in NZ are horrible... especially on console. Managed to push my K/D up to like, 1.7 at one point.. I hope so, I'd love to see a COD4 revival on OCN wink.gif

That's cool, I never really got into clans. I normally just played with a few friends from school, we got pretty beast thumb.gif

I could be your rival, who knows since we haven't played yet wink.gif

Yea clans are pretty fun, especially if you get into a good one. There's lots to learn if there's people in there better then yourself

This is one of my favorite Call of Duty games ever. I do not see that much of a difference in gameplay in the newer ones that came out like MW2, MW3, Black Ops, and Black Ops 2. I would agree that this is a brilliant game and should be more populuar thumb.gif

^this, With WAW, BO and BO2 at least they weren't a complete rinse and repeat.

They weren't copy and paste games that's for sure, but I wouldn't call them good either. The exception might be BO2 though, there's some interesting features implemented in that one

Sure thing. I can play a tonne after my last exam next Monday haha :3

I dunno. I liked Black Ops 2 for the most part until I touched upon multiplayer. The Single Player was neat, the multiplayer got boring real fast.

Yea, I just like how there's league rankings integrated and with youtube streaming for them. Good attempt at making a competitive scene but the core gameplay itself is lacking like you said
