Max PSU wattage needed for this build?

Ok, I'm new here, so I know this is probably going to sound stupid. I've been building a computer, and now have every part just sitting around waiting for a psu. Problem is, I don't know how much of a psu I'm gonna need! So, if you could, could you look at the specs and recommend me a good one, preferably under $50?

Intel i5 3570k (Max overclock will be 4.8Ghz, if I'm even able to reach that high)
1 500gb 7200rpm HDD
1 64gb SSD
Lamptron Fan Controller
HD Radeon 6850 (no crossfire needed ever, no value to me, since its only used for light gaming)
ASRock Extreme4 z77
Hyper 212+ in push pull config

I was looking at these two, but I think they don't have enough watts to power me. What do you think?

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!

S12II would be a nice fit, They do have enough watts for that system. If you don't mind MIR and want some modularity:

PC P&C Silencer MK III 400 $70. $50 after MIR. $35 after MIR & the $15 card you get with the unit.

PC P&C Silencer MK III 500 $80. $60 after MIR. $45 after MIR & the $15 card you get with the unit.

Rosewill Capstone 450-M $68 - Over $50.... Worth it? Absolutely.

Anything of reputable quality over 500W should work fine. I'd look into something 80+ Gold Certified by Rosewill, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling, Silverstone, or Corsair.

Both of the PSUs you posted are of decent quality, and ideally your computer wouldn't ever max them out. However, it's always better to have headroom with your power supply.

I would get this Rosewill Fortress 550W 80+ Platinum PSU for $120: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182082

That system will be at about 250w max.

This will do the job just fine:

I assume your card has one pci-e 6pin connection for power?

^^^

Jagz has some good power supply choices aswell.

Why are you all recommending these psu way above my price point?

Because plugging a $1,000 PC into a $50 PSU is just asking for problems. We're trying to save you from burning out everything when an underpowered PSU blows up and takes your precious gear with it. If you're waiting on the PSU, wait an extra week or two and get a good one instead of risking all of your new equipment.

Overclocked your components won't exceed 300w guaranteed.
