Been searching on the net for a bios I could use on my 2 GTX680 Twinfrozr 4gb OC editions cards that would allow me to increase voltage to get more out of them. Currently Gpu1 is only capable of 1189 and Gpu2 1175.
They are 4gb cards so i was unsure if I could use a reference bios, any suggestions would be appreciated, plus a link to a tutorial on how to flash them.\
Read the first post.
Use GPU-z to copy your bios to a file. Use the webpage bios editor to upload the file and then adjust the properties and then save that file (insert the settings you choose into the file name). Use the tool recommended on that post to upload the bios to your card. I would start with upping the voltage and power limit and maybe half the difference between what you can get to now and stock. So if it is plus 200 then just add plus 100. Once you have tweaked it all out and figured out what the max you can get is I would make a bios file that can get close to there but not quite there without using any software like afterburner or precision x. Then you can use one of those 2 tools to get the last few MHz out of the clock.
Unless something has changed I don't think you can adjust the memory with that website modifier but that is fine... just do it with afterburner or precision x.
I don't know if your on air or water but I am on water so it is in boost all the time at 50c max at 1.212v have no idea what your experience will be.., I can't get stable past 1175 and that's on a DirectCUII card Edited by givmedew - 6/1/13 at 7:13pm
