According to my testing, these heatsinks, for $28 CAD, outperform the Hyper 212 Plus, aswell as the Hyper 212.
With
this review:
Hyper 212 Thermal Resistance = 17.2°C Delta / 125W Load = 0.1376°C/W
Hyper 212 Plus Thermal Resistance = 14.4°C Delta / 125W Load = 0.1152°C/W
On low, mine is about equal to the Hyper 212 Plus, but I think Medium is a very tolerable speed. It's too bad sound bytes don't actually do the sound justice. Until I can get a multi-meter I'm only able to tell you Low/Med/High instead of voltages, but I'm assuming it's 5V/7V/12V or somewhere very near those numbers.
Also it's 1 TEC per heatsink so I don't think the surface area is increase, decreasing the thermal resistance. I think it should remain constant at whatever fan speed I set it at. A Swiftech Triple QP radiator, can be as low as 0.02. I think Mindchill is planning to use 2 double radiators, because 3 may not be in his budget, aswell as 2x 62mm 400Qmax TECs.
In all honesty I think this could be anyones game

Mindchill isn't even sure what's going to happen. But I've got all the water channels designed, and I just need to get them cut out. Hope I'll have another update soon.
PS: Also I'm looking at about 4°C or so when cooling a 200W load, so that's not all too bad
