I have one and i can say its quite silent, not dead silent but silent. But listen to Phaedrus, he's an expert.

There are many quieter power supplies, but particularly at lower loads and without high ambient temperatures, this one is quiet enough for SPCR to use for their chassis reviews, which include acoustic measurements with a very low noise floor.
