Cheap s478 Motherboard (no longer needed)

I'm building a very basic computer for a family member and I have two processors here, I believe they are Wilamettes. The first one is a 1.8Ghz Celeron and on the chip it says (1.8GHZ/128/400/1.75) and a P4 thats says (1.6GHZ/256/400/1.75). I'm assuming it goes second number cache, third number FSB. I have looked around for 400mhz FSB boards and they are rare. Most on newegg are 533/800mhz and the ones that do claim to run 400 have reviews stating that they are labeled wrong.

I came across these two on TD.com, would these work?

*they both claim a FSB of 400mhz...

If I cant find a mobo for these I'll end up buying an AMD mobo/cpu.. I'd rather use these chips up in something...

Thanks

EDIT: I would like to run the P4 as it would be quicker, not that it makes a difference though...

Yes they should work.

Also, please only bump once every 24 hours as the forum rule states so.
