If its one of those intro course questions where you type in the seconds and it give the time in hrs:min:sec then it'd start like this

int time = Integer.parseInt(Keyboard.readInput());     //assuming you have a input class
...
System.out.println("Elapsed Time: ****");

Just figure out how to transform the seconds into hrs:min:sec
