I'm pretty sure this is a good buy, NE has one for 135.99 free shipping. Are there any better alternatives at that price point? I wouldn't think so but it can't hurt to ask.

Aw it's a shame you missed the sale 2 weeks ago. They were going for $119.99 with free shipping.

What I can tell you is that it is definitely one of the best PSUs you can get your hands on and most of the time, the fan will not spin up, except for when it gets too hot, but even then it's silent. I love the quality and it's fully modular too.

Reviews of it show that it has almost no voltage ripples (~20mv) which means your components are getting CLEAN voltage, which may or may not help in getting better overclocks. At $136, I still think it's a great deal.

GO FOR IT! Seasonic makes some of the best PSUs out there and the X series is a rock solid series. Actually one of the best. You know the Corsair AX series (excluding the AX1200)? Those are rebranded Seasonic X series.
