Some of the extreme benchers got used to using higher VTT with C1 chips, when they started testing C2 & using higher VTT (over 1.2V) several started to see degrading very quickly. I've kept under 1.2V myself with my C2, memory can still be run up to 2400Mhz under 1.2V VTT.

1.19V is about the max I try to stay at or under, although I haven't used more than 1.15V for 24/7, just gone to 1.19V when benching, safer than 1.25V or more though.

On some forums and also at forum that you gave the link, says that for gskill rams 1.20 vtt is needed for stability. I will oc my rams 1866 to 2XXX. So I do not know how much vtt should I put. What do you think about it?

I do not understand that why Gskill needs 1.25 VCCSA?? Please check this: http://gskill.com/products.php?index=434 and than go down and find Rampage IV Extreme and look to xmp manual.

A mis-type in an earlier post, I figured you meant 1.19V.
I've run a few different g-skill kits, 1.15V or so should be fine up to 2133mhz, if it needs a bit more up to 1.19 should be safe. XMP can overvolt, I usually check it to see what it sets voltages to, then lower them & test for stability, I haven't seen a kit yet that needs as much voltage as XMP thinks it does.
Never do know, 1.25V might be OK for your particular cpu, but after reading about some degrading over 1.2V I kinda figure better safe than sorry.
