Aftermarket cooler for reference GTX 670 - Page 3

Well for a stock card, EVGA doesn't expect people to overclock it. For overclocking they'll expect people to buy versions like the GIgabyte GTX 670 OC or just their own SC version.

Although gigabyte did a good job in covering it's VRam sinks as they're cooling all the 8 VRams instead of placing a few on the back of the stock variants:

Hopefully not bumping too old of a post.

On topic and didnt see a need to create a whole new thread.

I have the PNY GTX 670 and would like to do anything short of liquid cooling to shut this louder bugger up, the fan noise on this card is really irritating.

Really looking to get the twin turbos(UNLESS theres other aftermarket coolers not posted in this thread? I'm only familiar with Arctic cooling), was hoping if the OP or someone else could measure the new thickness of the card from the pcb to the top of the cooler. I have limited room like the OP.

Also if the noise level is as rated on Artic's site, "virtualy silent".

Thank You
