200W is plenty for a rig unless you are running some 130W cpu overclocked. Your cpu would take about 130 (overclocked) I reckon.

Don't worry about it mate. We all get a little heated at times.

The only real way will be to bench the physical cards themselves and not rely on recommendations.

Although when deciding on a PSU I would rather err on the side of too much versus too little in regards to watts/amps.

I'm looking forward to the results.

This discussion is exactly the reason why I take reviews with a big grain of salt. I rely more on user experience here on the forum, esp. by more than one user.

Regarding the 200W for the rest of the system, yes, my CPU does not draw that much, but do realize there are 125W AMD's on the market

DigitrevX: If your ONLY point of measure is on the wall outlet, how do yuo know which part draws how much???

Do explain...

Remember the 321w number is measured from the wall and needs to include everything in the system which consists of

* Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700
* NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI based motherboard
* 2x1GB PC2-6400
* NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX
* PowerColor ATI Radeon X1950 XTX
* Western Digital Raptor 150

I know that... that's why I don't take those reviews too seriously They're a good indication, but too superficial to really rely upon.
