Nvidia Driver issues

Thread Starter
I just got done re-installing the nVidia 91.31 WHQL driver for my computer and yet the same problem continues. I keep getting the BSOD each time I try to play a game on my pc for a certain period of time. I want know I fix this. There are a couple other drivers that I used in order to make sure that maybe the drivers that I was using before was simply not compatible with my graphic cards but that seems not to be the case in this situation. I know the routine for un-installing and installing graphic driver so I'm sure that I don't have detonators lingering around my programs. ( at least I hope not.)

Another thing that I'm experiencing is that my wi-fi card is beginning to act strange on me all of a sudden. I would be online gamin for awhile then I will suddenly be dc from the game. I feel that the problems that I'm experiencing are some how connected.

Can anyone help me with this?

Are you using Driver cleaner before installing a new Driver. The follwoing needs to be done in Safe mode and normal Windows :

Installing Graphic card driver efficiently!!! When you Update your graphics cards drivers theres ways that you should go about it. Follow these simple steps below.

1.Download and install ''Driver Cleaner'' Here:
http://www.drivercleaner.net/professional.html
2.Uninstall your Current Display drivers such as your ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia'' drivers.
3.Now run ''Driver cleaner'' and depending on the Drivers you have you will have to select either ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia'' from the drop down menu. Only select the main title of the driver in the drop down such as just ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia''
4.Once you have selected Your driver click on the ''Start'' button and this will now start the driver cleaning process. ( Do this twice to be sure )
5.Now reboot your system and Download the latest Nvidia or ATI and go ahead and install them.

Doing this avoids driver corruption and conflicts so you can now enjoy smooth gameplay.

Also make sure you have the most up to date chipset drivers.

Ok. I just done this and I'm still getting the same problems. I noticed that when I look in the control panel for my graphic cards there are debug settings. Normally I don't ever see any messages there but I just realized that there this messages that keeps being repeated :

Event ID: 110 Event: Silent Running: HW clock slowdown due to temperature.

Could this be the cause of my screen freezing randomly and the BSOD?
