I am totally happy with the G500, but for the naga it almost felt a little laggy. Its hard to describe but it just did not feel right at all. Almost like the speed/acceleration just was not working at all or all fudged up.

If you feel the need to buy another mouse, I highly recommend that you get a deathadder. Just dont use the Synapse drivers.

EDIT : Looks like you already got a g500.

While the sensor do have acceleration issues, it is a really good mouse feature-wise.
I hope you will enjoy it.

I have 3 Nagas. When the first one started to fail, I tried a couple CM Storm(terrible mice) and the RATT 7. None of them felt right whether it was the sensor or pressure sensitivity of the right/left mouse clicking. Only mouse that was actually better is the Logitech G500 which had a far better sensor. Only problem is the lack of side buttons. So I just bought a second Naga, then a Epic.

Logitech solved the button issue of the G500 with the recently released G600.

So if you wanta replacement get the G600, it has the same button layout as the epic with a much better sensor.

Thank you for the suggestion! I did end up grabbing the G500 because honestly even with the amount of MMO's I play I really never used more than 2 button on the side of my naga so it seemed fairly useless to me. I am loving my G500 right now, I was really nervous last night (while raiding in Rift) that I couldn't get used to its accuracy. But I am pretty used to it now.

The settings I'm using for it are:

3000 DPI
Speed: 2
Acceleration: 0
Native OS drivers for speed/acc: Off
Angle snapping: Off
Polling: 125

I've been spending hours tweaking it but I have almost perfect so I'm hesitant to change it further.

To use the Naga effectively you need to use it in conjunction with the Logitech G13. Ditching your Keyboard completely. Then you have 26 keys within milliseconds of activation. Plus WSAD doesn't take up any of the keys as you just use the thumb stick.

It takes getting used to but the G13 paired with a Naga is the ultimate way to play any game from a FPS to a MMO. You will plow through anybody using a regular KBM.
