I'd strongly recommend saving some money by just getting the Kingwin Lazer Platinum 550W instead. It's the same thing, but with a fan that never turns on, except under high load.

I just want to mention that the Kingwin Fanless Platinum PSU has the ability to "Overclock" to 600W.

I bought one for my HTPC build.
The only thing I lack is a powerful GPU. (Sugo08, P8Z77-I, 3570k, fanless HD7770)
*Edit: Gah, Original Sin beat me to it.
