I do have a rev1.0 board so no LLC also i would give it more volts but 1.5(1.43 under load) should yield higher than 4.3ghz, i can't really go any higher on volts or it gets too close to Max temp. Also i still have the 970t it's just not being used

hello's,
your voltage at 4ghz is well out of spec,try a 1.29v and cpu load line on ultra high,test with some prime to see if the voltage remains the same under load.i can get a stable four gigz with 1.284v.multiplier ocing uses less voltage,or so they say.
