Psu problem?

Thread Starter 
I have to press the on power too many times to make the pc boot.I reset everything in my rig.I went thru most of the basics troubleshoots.Thanks.

Agreed if you short the power pins and it comes on your will know if it is the power button is going bad. Then you can go from there. Thanks

The thing is when i press the power button my cd and dvd the fans,gpu fan come on but no the hdds.i even change the hdds sata cables.But now if i give a little tap on the hdds it boot.I think maybe is the hdds.The problem is im using Raid 0 with 2 hdds,hard to find out wich one is the problem.I run the disk check and nothing wrong software related.But Maybe internal is mess up.Thanks,and any extra ideas welcome.

You can change the controller to "IDE" in the bios. That will allow the software to scan the drives, then enable the raid and boot normally. Then download the hard drive tools for your hard drive. Then let is scan the drives that was in raid 0. Once you find the correct drive then you will know which one to replace and rma. But since you are tapping on one and it starts up, you probably got it solved now. Thanks

You can go ahead and use Easeus Todo Free Backup and back up the drives to restore when you get a new one back.
