If you do it this way theres no way to mess it up since the pins are being covered by the card?
I saw someone do it on bit-tech I think, that masked the board, then spray painted the exposed slots. Then he used an old card and inserted and took it out multiple times and it got the paint off the pins. He said it worked! I cannot remember the name of the mod, but it was no amateur, it was a beast mod. If i find Ill post
