New cooling

Thread Starter
I curently have this case, and intel stock fan.The case as a 80mm CM intake fan, and a 120mm CM exhaust fan.
When i firts get the pc , the intel stock fan was always running at 4000rpm (and doing like 500db) but i fixed that i runs now at 1600rpm(still very loud).
So my question is , wich fans (cpu+intake+exhaust) would make my computer fresher and less loud.
I was thinking of using a Tuniq Tower 120 with no fan, would that increasce alot my temps?
They currently are:
CPU:30 idle;36 load
Mobo: 42 idle; 44 load
GPU: 65 idle; 80 load.
Thanks
PS: try to keep a good price/performance ratio, ok?

Well to match your specs for cooling and for your Needs i would reccomend the following.

Thermaltake Big Typhoon :http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...U_Coolers.html

Tuniq tower : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...U_Coolers.html

You are able to use any heatsink without fan, I just can't promise it will work 7 hours later

Silverstone fans are great though.

Yes you can run that heatsink without the FAN however its cooling ability will drop so i would keep it mate.

Yes Silverstone fans are great.

However make sure you have good case airflow also.

Well, what woukd be +/- the cpu temp without a fan?
Are they also silent?
I would like to have a 0db pc.....
Well 0db will never happen as you will hear the PSU going or an HDD. I suggest looking at a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro. The fan is silent on the HS, but pushes enough air over the fins to keep it cool. Here in the states one can be had for $20 shipped.

Will the tuniq fit here:

I think its gonna be a tight fit, as your CPU sits pretty high to the PSU. Got to Tuniq's website as they have its measurements. And it will tell you the minimum specs of a case needed.

Well, this is getting kinda complicated....
I've read in some reviews that Thermalteke big Thyphoon is more silent than the TT.
What's the Difrence between the TT BT and the TT BT VX?
I'm also thinking of using As5 , is it conductive?
