Cheap but effective mesh chair?

Needs arm rests, preferably reclines and height adjusts. I'd like the back to be mesh (I prefer the aesthetic and feel). But I do not have a lot of cash to drop on this. Anybody have some ideas?

Search 'Aeron' on Craigslist, and try to find the chair under $250.
