Help with new desk build/design.

I am looking to build a desk to fit a 55" Samsung TV above twin 27" Samsung monitors, in the below configuration, as securely as possible. I recently had a TV fall off the wall(drywall gave way) and I'm not going to wall mount its replacement. I'm looking for a simple yet sold design. It doesn't need drawers or anything fancy. I've never built one before, so any advice on wood type, thickness, metal supports, etc is appreciated.

Would it be smarter to buy a prebuilt wooden desk and retrofit some sort of mounting system to it?

Mount the TV to the studs, not just drywall, and it won't fall off.

Two of the six screws were into the studs, the other four were toggle bolts rated @350lbs each. The angle I needed to TV had the mounting arm almost fully extended. Rather than risking it happening again, I want a more mobile solution. If I decide to move my desk I don't want to have to remount three displays.

build a frame with steel pipes and mount that to the desk, or make the fame freestanding on the floor on the sides or bottom of your desk
