He want a 650 watt gold modular PSU and in white that leaves one option so i said you need to pay up so he added 500 kr more so its 6500 kr now

Cooler Master CM Storm Stryker is 1250-1350 kr still not sure about price
ASUS P8Z77-V is 1350 kr
CPU i am thinking about the Core I5 2500 or the 3550 depens on the prices my PC shop but around 1650-1750 kr
Kingston HyperX 1600 MHz 2x4 GB is 500-600 kr
Cooler Master 212 Evo is 250-350 kr not sure about price
NZXT HALE90 650 is 1100 kr

So somewhere between 6200-6500 kr for a PC
Thats 1029-1079$ US in case you are wondering (25% tax sucks)

The efficiency certification rating thing is mostly a marketing trick and gimmick.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with the plain 80+ or 80+ Bronze.  Nothing wrong at all.  The most important thing is the quality of the PSU itself.  There are gold rated PSUs out there that are complete garbage, and so I hope that this alone proves that it's just marketing hype.

However, if his PSU absolutely must be white, then the HALE90 is certainly an extremely good choice.
