Drivers keep uninstalling every restart/shut down

It's really annoying. Every time my computer boots up from a restart or a shut down, my Windows 7 turns to Basic because of no drivers so I am having to install them every time.

I've tried different drivers, I've tried restarting in safe mode and used Driver Sweeper to remove and install new ones.

I have no idea how to solve it. It happened a while ago on my last card but I sorted it out.

SPECS:

ASUS 670 TOP Edition 2GB
4GB RAM
I5 2500 3.3ghz
