Rybka Chess Engine Using 100% CPU. Bad?

Thread Starter
Is this bad for the CPU? I've read somewhere that it is normal for Rybka to use 100% and others back in 2008 said it's because someone was using Vista, but I'm on Windows 7.

using 100% CPU isn't bad haha. assuming ur running at stock, intel has already tested the CPU to be stable at that condition.
