Oh DruidsLaughter...BTW...I forgot to tell you, if you don't have your RAM running @ Dual-channel (in another word...DON'T RUN ON_BOARD VIDEO)...it's not gonna be OC'ing right...I had this problem when I attempted to OC my old 3500+...

Does it matter which slots I use for a pair?

Well that could explain things. Thanks for the info. I never would have figured that out from the Section on memory in the manual.

She is not quite double prime stable, but I am close.

Memory at 166 w/2.9V (CAS 3)
CPU clock at 299 w/ 9x multi
HT at 3x

These settings are from the gogars tool. I will have to bring the clock down a bit or go up on vcore from 1.5 to 1.6V. Loaded temps are at 48C so I will have to watch it and see how it goes. I could use help with my memory timings. Still trying to get a handle on that aspect of OCs.

try HT x4...
memory @ 166 w/2.8V
and CPU @ 270 or 275 @ 10 or 11 Multi...
see how that runs...

You may find it preform best with out excessive vcore. With time, try starting back just a notch above default ans rework the OC.

It really only required a tick above stock. I could run divider (133) but isn't it best to keep things as close to 1:1 as possible?

So here is where I am at. Feeling pretty good about things. She is 10-hours stable with two instances of Prime95 running large fft. Low vcore and memory is not divided too bad.

I am not sure I want to push much harder since I will need to bump the vcore a fair bit for my next gains I think.
