Went through four (different) refurbished monitors within a few days, finally decided to get a refund and buy new through amazon. Big gamble especially if you're not local and can't drive there to return these p.o.s. things. They do have some decent items and I've heard you can get lucky and score a nice mint refurb item. They have good customer service though
