I'm looking into doing a 3 monitor portrait eyefinity system, and I just wanted to know what you guys recommend. Obviously they have to have thin bezels, but also important are the panels. From what I've read, I should not go with a TN panel, as the vertical viewing angles are quite poor, and instead I should go with an IPS panel. My only reservation is the price, as IPS displays are much more expensive. That said, I am currently looking at the Dell U2312HM, but any other suggestions are appreciated. The Dell is at the top of my price range, so please only post monitors at or below $225 ($200 if they don't have a pivot stand, as that's another $25).

If you're stuck at $225 per monitor, there really isn't much choice...
The closest next option would be the Asus VG23AH (23", IPS, passive 3D that sucks), which is $280.
I guess if you can scrounge up another $300, you could go triple Korean 27" IPS monitors, but that would basically require a 7900 series CF for games.

I have those Dell ultrasharps that you are looking at, the u2312's. Best investment ever. The ONLY drawback in my opinion, is the bezel between the screens no matter which way you set them up, the 2 bezel lines will be almost an inch and a half.... but other than that, when you are playing games, you will not notice it much. make sure you have a portable fan facing you, or the monitors, because it can get warm if you stay in front of them too long lol.Originally Posted by Nickum32
