Hey all.
Do you guys have any tips on lowering RAM usage? This laptop I have idles on 30% RAM utilization on 4GB.

You could disable Aero.

I wouldn't worry about it to be honest though, unless you run out of RAM. Worry about it at that point. Your RAM is one of the fastest forms of memory your system has (short of CPU cache). Might as well put it to use.

Try the AMD Fusion Utility. It kills unwanted background apps with 1 click.

After I made this thread I did some more research and I learned that from a few places. Windows uses RAM as a form of cache, and I should really be worried about the 70% being wasted. LOL.
