Got it stable now at 965/1325 which is pretty good. Saving about 5 fps or so in BF3. It seems to only be letting me raise the voltage to 1.18 though, do you know if there's a way to make it let me go higher?

Edit: With my 6950 I can go up to 1.3v

try RBE.

you can change voltages in the bios to some extent without hosing the encryption.
