Yea, an RMA would be good. RMA wouldn't count as a tuning plan as well since it's defective.

Maximum idle temps on my new i5-3570K and H60 instead of H80 are now around:
35, 35, 42, 31

Max load temps are around:
53, 56, 55, 50

I'm using an H80 with my 3770k and at 4.65GHz @ ~1.4v, I'm running anywhere from 80 to 100C during prime95. I picked up some MX-4 and am hoping it will settle down after a few days. Right now, I'm idling at 39 in a warmer then average room.

My second core is about 5-10 degrees higher at idle running my H80. I hit 85 at load at 1.4v on OCCT. For some reason my core temp is still showing 1.27v also. One thing I don't quite understand is why people don't just turn down the pump on the H80.
