My first AMD driver problem Evar, Little bit of a pickle..

OK, so I need to go from my stock Rc11 drivers for the 7970 to newer ones, Due to a problem when changing the resolution of world of warcraft, It instantly crashes the game and refuses to launch in windowed mode, But if i go to the absolute latest drivers i get artifacts, Just instantly artifacts...



so idea's anyone?

Clean everything using ATIMan uninstaller and start again with the drivers you want... smile.gif

I've had issues with the 12.6 and 12.7 drivers, weird black screens with stripes when playing videos on youtube or other flash sites.
I reverted back to 12.4 and the issues are gone.

The 12.7 I mentioned are the 12.x beta drivers from the AMD website, It was giving me the black stripe thingy almost instantly in youtube.
