I haven't tested anything else yet as I've literally just got it an hour ago. Looking very promising so far though.
I might change thermal paste in the future for better results. At the moment there's really no need other than for e-peen and my never ending obsession with low temps. So if anyone is having temperature problems I'm afraid it's your card being crap, I would just send it back and get another one if you can.

When I sent mine, they only fixed the fan.. they should have figured out its a crap card and replaced it. I'm still wondering should I send it back once again.

Multiple monitor set up only affects idle temperatures. I've tried with a single monitor and there were no load temperature differences.

I just asked for a full refund on my faulty card and bought the new card from another shop (Amazon). I'd contact the store you bought it from and explain to them your persisting problem and you'll only be happy with a replacement or a refund and take your business elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I shall try talking to them tomorrow. If I'm successful as well I'll post about it.

Because of work, I haven't gotten around to going around it yet, but rather discovered something depressing. The fan on my first card is also about to give in. Looks like both my TFII cards were from a bad batch. The fan gave in approx 6 months after purchase. I might be able to get a refund now on both explaining their poor quality, though they don't give back the money that easily.
The points mentioned in these posts must be taken into account now, whenever purchasing a TFII card, since both of mine turned out to be crap.
