I wouldn't go past 2.3~2.4

I remember giving DDR2 upwards of 2.6 volts, but that was usually for very short periods of time.

I think you are fine where you are unless you are really dissatisfied.

I think so too. I'll try to get a new mounting system for my S1283, so I can install it in a different position, then I'll either look for PC-8500 DDR2 RAM or just switch to DDR3 completely.
*sigh* It ain't 2008 no more... ;-;

EDIT: I'm a bit confused. On the RAM sticks themselves, it is written 4-4-4@2.2V, but on OCZ's website, they're rated @ 2.1V.
Is the voltage on the stick the max voltage? Which one should I believe? Should I go lower my voltage a bit since I don't plan on going further?

Which OCZ sticks do you have? I have 2 reapers and 2 sli ddr2-6400s. The 4-4-4-@2.2v is the EPP timing. If you have a motherboard capable of using it, then you get better timings at higher speeds with that voltage. Most of the sticks with EPP from OCZ have a voltage protection of 0.1v above the EPP setting. So basically you are safe running at 2.3v on that ram, but not higher.

I found that I could not use the EPP no matter how I set the voltage, so I put it as close to the 1.8v as I can, I get 5-5-5-18 no matter what speed, although I haven't tried 1066 yet. I don't think my athlon could handle more than 960.

As stated in my sig, I use OCZ Blade sticks. I have no idea how EPP works, but there is a option for it in my BIOS.
EDIT:

before

after

I turned it on, and put my timings to Auto, and it's the same settings, but my scores in maxmemm changed for the best. I'm sleep-deprived a bit, but this makes me happeh inside.
