Need help in 1055t overclocking on my Gigabyte 990FXA UD5 board

Hi, i am new to overclocking and this site. i need help to over clock my CPU.
here is my spec. i want to overclock to 3.8-4 ghz. i need some guideline to start overclocking. i tried some. but faced BSOD. so, i wanted to know more about it. can anyone suggest me any way to do it with precision?

It may seem a little intimidating at first but study just one section at a time,take your time and post back as more questions come up.
It's best to OC from Bios making small changes followed by stress testing.
