Phenom 960T vs 965 BE

Hello,
Please help to choose, I want to buy phenom 960t (secong hand) or 965be new? Which is the better choice?
My machine spec: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3, 2x2gb 1600 Mhz kingstone, msi twin forz II 5830, hdd Hitachi 2t, psu 550w.

The 960T has better OC ability and runs cooler,I have both and I say 960T

I'd personally stick with the 960T. It's a Black Edition processor like the 965 cousin. Why did I say cousin? The 960T is a hex core with two cores disabled.

960T is the third revision of Phenom II's (E0). So regardless of whether it unlocks to hexacore, it's going to have better performance/watt, less leakage, better memory controller, and clock better.

95W 960T (E0) > 125W 965 (C3) > 140W 965 (C2)
