Windows getting funky.. :|

Windows does this every time it goes to the classic theme.. (running out of memory)

And i have to restart the whole thing to get it back to normal. Is there anyways i can fix it without restarting?

Your screen shot is quite ambiguous...Do you mean the taskbar ends up docked or that the fancy glass effect goes away?
In the case of the latter, you can try restarting the Desktop Window Manager service.

Sorry i was not too specific..

The glass effect i know how to fix, but when you look at the icons it's lined up in a vertical line, and when i mouse over any of the icons the actual icon goes away but the "button" is still there.

You need either more system memory or graphics memory. Typically when you run out of graphics memory it'll just show up with a DiectX error and won't change your color scheme. If its system memory, it'll change to the classic view or no aero effects.
No way around it bud, you need more system memory.
