I have 5.06 GB free on my 64 GB Callisto Deluxe which is my OS drive, and while I've lost a tiny bit of performance according to ATTO Disk Benchmark, I can't feel it. Everything still seems just as fast as it ever has.

If you completely filled one of the memory modules (i thought the drives were supposed to handle this sort of thing) then its possible you dont have as many lanes for the data to travel and would end up bottlenecking it. But like I said I thought the drives internal controller spreads data out evenly.

That's what I thought too. I would have thought a modern drive like the M4 would have no slow-down as it gets filled, especially with only 10 GBs out of 64. My 60 GB Mushkin Callisto Deluxe has 5.06 GB left and its performance still feels top-notch.

There was an issue with another SSD brand, basically when you get to a certain point, the SSD would slow down and change from "performance" mode to "storage" mode. I've never heard of that happening to the Crucial M4's but it's a possibility there's something like that . What do you have installed on the drive? OS? Delete everything in your downloaded folder that's not needed. Take off any games

Well i don't notice slow down at all lol. Its just my As SSD score is lower from 690 to around 409. Im kinda OCD about my computer.
