Thank you and +rep for your efforts of help.
I just downclocked my CPU to its stock settings with stock voltage. Everything is at Auto
I took the Turbo fan out from the rear of the case. That 40mm turbo fan was just next to the rear intake fan and was blowing hot air
I also tilted my PC case towards myself a little bit more. Now more than 50% of the PC case is not under the desk
I ran 3Dmark11 pretty quick ahd highest I hit was 64 degrees which is great. When the weather gets normal I know that this value will even be lower.
Now I just have to see if running the CPU stock at 3.8 (with turbo mode on) will have any effects at all rather than running it at 4.2
