Dang it performs right around a 580! Guess those original reports A LONG time ago were correct

"priced as a 7850-7870, performs between a 7950-7970"

GREAT JOB NVIDIA!

Considering the estimated price and where it stands in overall performance based on this one review.... it looks like the 660 Ti is going to render the 7950 useless

Performance really good for 1080p users.
All good unless u wanna push High AA/AF. Then it crawls down to 7870-7850 level.
From what I can see, the 660 Ti performs on par with an HD 7870-7950.
If it has the same overclock headroom as the other GK 104 cards it could reach 7970/ GTX 670 levels.

EDIT: I read the full review and found that the card performs better @ 1080p resolutions w/o AA/AF.
Looks to be a good mainstream card!

Looks like they scaled each card just right in performace. In heaven, 680-300points less, 670-300points less, 660ti-250points less. Then below that the 580 is a few hundred points below that.

Looks gooooooooooddddddd

Performs worse than a 580. Even my current GTX 560 has a 256-bit bus speed. Why would you hamper such a fine card as the GTX 660 Ti with 192-bit bus speed?! It's a GTX (enthusiast part) Ti (special edition) and they still throw it under the bus (pun unintended).
