[TT] NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 660 Ti 2GB Reference Video Card Review - Page 12

Btw i do hope that the GTX 660 Non-Ti one has only it's cuda cores changed from 1344 to 1152 and nothing else ! that way it'll be only 5 to 6 percent less powerful than the Ti one ! thumb.gif

If this card costs $250 then it will put tremendous pressure on AMD. However I have a feeling it will be $300.

Good results, alot better than 580 for benching but only slightly better in gaming results. But this is great for a mid entry card beating a previous high end card.

One thing though, why is there loads of missing 580 bench results especially 2560p ones? even one of my 580 keeps all those game benches above 30fps on max settings, 2 keeps it above 50fps constantly.

Thats what Im thinking. I think its going to be in the 300-330 range that has been mentioned in some of these articles. Theyve still got the 660 to fit in somewhere. If they put the Ti out at $250, where does that leave the 660?

Have I been holding off for this? What a pathetic garbage card! mad.gif When it comes to relevant games it performs like a 7850 and below 7870!? LOL @ how they bring up ancient games like mafia to make this version of the GTX660 TI look "good"! No AA? Hiding 7870 in certain graphs?!

If this is the version that is released for 300 euro's I'll get a MSI 7850 Power Edition, I am not an idiot to waste my money on this GTX 660 TI.

Hopefully Nvidia releases the other version with the 256 bit bus.

If I get stuck in a dimensional rift that sends me back to 2010, I know which card to bring to play all of the latest, most relevant games!
Thanks TweakTown!
