Probably not. Most lifeforms on Earth are aerobic. This just goes right back to what I was saying about the anaerobic bacteria dying from Enceladus. It goes both ways. From an aerobic environment to an anaerobic environment, whatever was living on one, will not survive on the other without some serious atmosphere tweaking. I don't think we're capable of that yet

Perhaps not initially, but they could always evolve further and adapt to their new environment if given enough time. Not that that would necessarily mean they'd take over and wreak havoc (I doubt it) but adaptation is always possible when the impetus to do so is present.

The evolution that involving going from anaerobic to aerobic isn't something that would "just happen." Or be possible, for that matter. We survive off breathing oxygen because there was oxygen on the Earth when life was forming. It'd be like taking fish out of water and expecting them to just evolve.

what if thiere is intelligent life thiere our landing could be seen as a declaration off war ?

heres a basic history lesson on life on earth
earth is about 4.5 -5 billion years old
simple single cell organisms evolved about 4-3.5 billion years ago
dinosaus died out 65 million years ago
humans evolved about 3 million years ago

now if that moon has hade a simillar life cycle to earth thiere could be intelligent life
if the dinosaus hadent died out 65 million years ago they could have been more intelligent than us
they only seen geysers on the moons surface thiere could be buildings under the surface
why do you need buildings if living in the ocean you dont see dolphins making buildings yet they are almost as intelligent as us
how big is the satelite i dont think it would be much bigger than 10m yet our scientists are finding it hard to see near earth asteroids 100m in size
what is stargate?

The problem I have with these things is that it takes so darn long to get something there to explore it, and they happen all the time, so you can't send crafts to all of them.
