So I placed my order for a TH10 on a Friday and it arrived at my door the following Friday...fast! Took me roughly 3 days to fully complete the build and it was a joy building in a such a nice and big case! 
I still need to purchase a few angled compression fittings but I'm still waiting on Monsoon to release theirs.
Watercooling setup consists of: 2x XSPC 480mm rads w/ 4x GT AP-15 push each, XSPC Raystorm CPU & GPU block, Swiftech MCP35X2 pump, EK-Multi 250 Advanced res, and Primochill 1/2" ID white tubing.
Case fans are XSPC Xinruilian 1650rpm fans w/ Silverstone fan filters. Case and rad fans are controlled on two channels on the Lamptron FC5V2.
I know this is quite a overkill for my build, but man is it nice and quiet only having to run my fans at 800rpm. SSD will be my next upgrade, then a new graphics card when the time comes.
None the less, it's not much of a build log since I was too lazy to take pictures during the process...but here is the end result.
