Asus Sabertooth 990fx + AMD Phenom II X4 OC

Hey all members!
I bought a new Motherboard yesterday because some users said my old Mobo has a non-cooled VRM. This Mobo has a 8+2 VRM with huge coolblocks on it.
Now i want to oc but i dont know where to start because of the many voltages. Can someone post a step-by-step tutorial?
